Avoid heat (don’t leave your car running), don’t drop, don’t microwave, don’t scrub vinyl, don’t soak the tumbler, and don’t put it in the dishwasher.
I am not responsible for the loss or stolen packages. Your address must be verified by USPS, Fedex, DHL to ship. All orders will process for at minimum 3 to 5 days in order to verify quality.
CHANGES, RETURNS, AND CANCELLATIONS
All 20 oz Tumblers are custom-made, we are unable to accept refunds or exchanges. The only exception would be if we made a quality mistake. If there is a problem with your goods within 7 business days, kindly get in touch with me.
