If the cushion cover is detachable, take it off. Utilize a soft cloth or bristle brush to pre-treat the stains. Washing machine, regular cycle, max 40°C (104°F). Do not tumble dry or bleach. Only use iron, steam, or dry low heat. Avoid dry cleaning. When putting it back together, fluff to reshape; take off the pillows’ covers if they are detachable. Use a soft cloth or bristle brush that has been bathed in warm, soapy water to pre-treat the stains. Washing machine, regular cycle, max 40 °C. Do not tumble dry or bleach. Only iron with steam or low heat. Avoid dry cleaning. To reshape when put back together, fluff.

Since the 20×20 pillow cases, 18×18 pillow case, 16×16 pillow case, and 14×14 pillow cases are custom-made, we are unable to accept refunds or exchanges.
